  • All-natural, free-range chicken. Pan-seared. Olive oil, paprika, salt & pepper. (Complicated, isn’t it?)
  • Organic petite peas, nitrate-free pancetta, shallots.
  • Drizzled olive oil.
  • No butter.

This is a perfect dinner. Simple, but so delicious. And it looks fantastic!

It would’ve been simple, if I hadn’t kept forgetting to buy stuff at the grocery store (I was improvising).
